GreenLearning offers free environmental education programs to empower youth to make a positive change in their communities. They are currently accepting applications from schools for their 2021-2022 Flood:Ed Challenge.
Flood:Ed gives students an opportunity to take action against flooding in their communities through hands-on learning and activities, as well as develop a flood resilience plan for their school. The program teaches students about the causes and types of flooding, helps them understand how climate change impacts flooding, and provides an overview of floodplains and watersheds.
